1. The newly installed or disassembled electric hoist should first be run for several times without load. However, before the installation is completed, do not power on for trial run

3. The dynamic load test is to make repeated lifting and moving tests with the rated load weight. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connecting part are normal and reliable

4. In use, it is absolutely forbidden to use it in an impermissible environment and when it exceeds the rated load and the rated closing times per hour (120 times)

5. During installation, commissioning and maintenance, its performance must be strictly checked. Frost Sullivan (FS), another research institution, believes that check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook rises to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (10T, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook drops to the lower limit position, the safety ring of steel wire rope on the drum shall be ensured, and the effective safety ring must be more than 2 turns

6. it is not allowed to press two manual switch buttons at the same time to make the electric hoist move in the opposite direction

7. After the work is completed, the main gate of the power supply must be opened and the power supply must be cut off

8. the electric hoist should be operated by a specially assigned person, and the operator should fully grasp the safety operation procedures, and it is strictly forbidden to pull and hoist askew

9. during use, special personnel must regularly check the electric hoist, take measures in time if any fault is found, and carefully record it

10. when adjusting the braking sliding amount of electric hoist, ensure that the braking sliding amount s ≤ v/100 under rated load (V is the distance of stable lifting within one minute under load)

11. scrapping standard of steel wire rope:

the inspection and scrapping standard of steel wire rope shall be implemented in accordance with cb/t practical code for inspection and scrapping of steel wire rope for crane machinery

12. The electric hoist must keep enough lubricating oil in use, and keep the lubricating oil clean, without impurities and dirt

13. when oiling the steel wire rope, a hard brush or small wooden pieces should be used. It is strictly forbidden to oil the working steel wire rope directly by hand

14. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang the heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of parts

15. if a fault is found during use, the main power supply should be cut off immediately

16. pay special attention to the condition of vulnerable parts in use

17.10~20 ton hoist may be automatically powered off after long-term continuous operation, which belongs to the overheating protection function of the motor. At this time, it can be lowered. After a period of time, it can continue to work after the motor cools down

18. The use and management shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4 of JB safety regulations for wire rope electric hoists

19. The inspection and maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5 of JB safety regulations for wire rope electric hoists

safety precautions

on the basis of understanding the operating instructions, please also pay attention to the following matters:

1. Please remember the contents of the operating instructions and nameplate before operation

2. please adjust the stop blocks at the upper and lower limits before lifting objects

3. Please confirm whether the brake condition is reliable before use

4. never operate the steel wire rope if the following abnormal conditions are found before use

(1) bending, deformation, corrosion, etc

(2) the fracture degree of the manufacturer of the special testing machine for steel wire rope and steel pipe scaffold exceeds the specified requirements, and the wear is large

5. Please use a 500V megger to check the insulation resistance of the motor and control box before installation and use. The cold resistance should be greater than 5m Ω at room temperature before use

6. Please never lift objects that exceed the rated load, which is indicated on the nameplate of the lifting hook

7. It is forbidden to take people on the lifting object, and never use the electric hoist as the lifting mechanism of the elevator to carry people

8. No one is allowed under the lifted object

9. lifting objects and hooks cannot be lifted when they are swinging

10. please move the hoist directly above the object before lifting, and do not lift it diagonally

11. The limiter is not allowed to be used repeatedly as a travel switch

12. do not lift objects connected to the ground

13. please do not jog excessively

14. do not pull other objects in front of the flashlight door line

15. be sure to cut off the power supply before maintenance and inspection

16. Maintenance and inspection must be carried out under no-load condition

17. please confirm whether the wedge is installed firmly and reliably before use
