2. In the process of use,

3. After the end of the shift work

(2) all transmission systems work normally; All operating handles are flexible and reliable

(3) the lubrication device is complete, well kept and clean

(4) the safety protection device is complete and reliable, and the inside and outside are clean

(5) the equipment accessories are complete, well kept and clean

(6) the measuring tools, clamps, tools and cutting tools in the tool box shall be stored neatly, reasonably and cleanly, and shall be kept in strict accordance with the requirements to ensure the accuracy, precision and reliability of the measuring tools

(7) all instruments, meters and safety devices on the equipment are intact, sensitive, reliable and accurate; There is no leakage at the interface of each transmission pipe

(8) after maintenance, each joystick should be placed in the non working position, the electrical control switch, knob, etc. should return to the "0" position, and the power supply should be cut off

(9) carefully fill in the maintenance records and shift handover records

(10) when the maintenance work is not completed, do not leave the work post; If the maintenance does not meet the requirements and the successor raises an objection, he should accept it with an open mind and improve it in time
